How to use

1. On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Keep head straight and insert the nozzle gently into one nostril. Spray once or twice.
3. Allow excess solution to drain out and gently blow the nose.
4. For deeper cleansing, tilt head to one side, insert nozzle into upper nostril, and dispense a prolonged spray.
5. Repeat for the other nostril.
6. Clean nozzle after each use with hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
7. Use 2 to 6 times daily, or as recommended by your doctor.
